The Small Isles - Eigg, Muck and Rum
These images were taken in May 2007 during a 5 day trip to Eigg, one of the Small Isles off the southern tip of Skye. The rock formations on the northwest shoreline and the ridges of An Sgurr are especially fascinating, and when the backdrop of the Isle of Rum is added the landscape becomes spectacular.
These islands have a unique atmosphere and only the suface has been scratched so far - another visit will have to be made!
